Construction Process Management
- Set up Utilities – Fancher Development Services coordinates with utility agencies to setup utility service for new construction sites or for utility service upgrades to existing sites.
- Assist with Inspection Issues – If, during the construction process, inspection issues arise or revisions are required, Fancher Development Services will coordinate with the general contractor and governmental agencies to obtain approvals and keep the construction process on track.
- Provide Construction Management – Fancher Development Services can, if required, provide construction management assistance to concepts who lack a qualified construction manager.
- Construction Bidding – Fancher Land Development can oversee the construction bidding process and assist in general contractor selection.
- Equipment Vendors – Fancher Land Development can assist with the selection of equipment vendors and also manage existing vendors to make sure equipment is installed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Construction Change Orders – Fancher Land Development can assist with the change order review and approval process and help the client to understand if the requested change is valid or unnecessary.
- Punch List Walk-Through – Fancher Land Development can walk the site once the work is completed and assist with warranty issued or incorrectly completed work.
