Development Due Diligence / Pre-Construction Research
- Site Survey – Visit the site, photograph, and note any possible issues that could affect development.
- Photographs – Included in the due diligence report will be photographs of the site from different angles and also all surrounding uses.
- Development Fee Schedule – Fancher Development Services will research all agencies and compile a preliminary fee schedule of development costs.
- Timelines – An outline of the expected timeline for all processes to be completed during the development experience.
- Explanation of Process – A detailed description of each process that will be required to obtain all approvals, permits, and licenses.
- Red Flag Issues – A list of concerns that are discovered during the due diligence process.
