- Negotiate and Manage Impact Fees – Fancher Development Services will identify what fees will be due as part of the project and then advocate to make sure the client only pays the minimum required.
- Lease Implementation and Landlord Work – Fancher Development Services will oversee the lease development terms, making sure the landlord completes his obligations to your concept. Fancher Development Services also documents the implementation of the work letter and ensures all parties pay for and complete what's agreed upon.
